We take the security of your account, campaign data, and payments seriously. This page summarizes our approach.
Data protection
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with modern standards.
- Access to production data is restricted and logged.
- Sensitive product access supplied in campaigns has expiry, role limits, and explicit creator acknowledgement.
Payments and identity
Payments and creator payouts run through established providers that support KYC and identity verification. OverTake does not store full card numbers; card data is handled by our payment provider.
Records and compliance
We keep an immutable record of briefs, creator acceptance, content approvals, rights grants, payment events, and distribution activity, so every campaign has a clear, auditable history.
